  • What services do you offer?
    Currently we offer services in the following areas of your home: Carpet Area Rugs Furniture (Couches, recliners, fabric covered dining chairs, upholstered headboards, and more!) Tile and Grout (Not just on your floors, in your showers and tiled walls as well!) LVP and LVT (Luxury vinyl plank and luxury vinyl tile) Linoleum
  • How often should I get my floors cleaned?
    The industry standard for recommended professional floor cleaning services is twice a year. We just say, call us when you need us. The reason it is recommended to get it done twice a year is to extend the life and beauty of your floors and also to maintain a good level of health and cleanliness. Dust, pet dander, dead skin cells, these all end up in the fibers of your carpet, the small grooves in your LVP, and the pores that exist in your tile and grout. Our services go well beyond the average mop and vacuum!
  • How soon can I walk on my floors?
    As soon as we are out of your way! The carpets will be a little damp for a couple hours, but they are completely safe to walk on. We pride ourselves on getting your floors as close to dry as possible before we even leave your house. We use blowers, or fans to get things moving. In most cases we recommend turning the AC down to a lower temp to aid in the drying process, and of course ceiling fans are a great way to keep air moving and carpet drying in the meantime.
  • What is your process?
    The short answer? HWE or "hot water extraction." We use a van-mounted machine that pumps water through it and heats it up and runs to a "wand" (you will wonder where those stains disappear to...) with a vacuum hose and a solution line. The hot water with gentle cleansers will clean your carpet and the vacuum hose will carry it out of your home. If you still have questions, call us and we would be happy to demonstrate ;)
  • What should I do with my pet?
    We ask that all pets be put in a safe space while we are there. A room, a crate, a porch or fenced in yard, wherever they are comfortable and not going to be a risk to themselves or others. If you think your dog hates the regular vacuum, they're going to really hate this. We love pets! We have two dogs and a cat, and we would love to meet your fur family member, but maybe after we are done cleaning your floors. ;)
